Classical literature and emotional literacy: The role of classical texts in developing emotional learning in the Scottish curriculum

My article on the value of classical literature in developing the emotional literacy of learners within the Scottish curriculum and the pressing need for this, is now available open access in the Journal of Classics Teaching.

In the period when the review of the Scottish curriculum is well underway through the Curriculum Improvement Cycle Education Scotland, it is important to highlight and promote the rich and varied ways that classical subjects enhance the formation of young minds.
